Services may be provided through subscription access, one-time projects, or custom contractual arrangements.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time.

3. Eligibility

You must:

Have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts

Use the services in compliance with applicable laws

Services are available to both businesses (B2B) and individual users (B2C).

4. Accounts and Security

If you create an account:

You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials

You are responsible for all activity under your account

You must notify us immediately of unauthorized use

We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, illegal activity, or violation of these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

6. AI-Specific Terms

6.1 Nature of AI Outputs

AI-generated content may:

Be incomplete

Produce inaccurate or misleading results

AI outputs are provided “as is.”

You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and validating AI-generated outputs before relying on them.

6.2 No Professional Advice

AI outputs do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.

6.3 User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

Ensuring lawful use of AI outputs

Not using outputs for illegal or harmful purposes

Compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction

7. Payments and Billing

Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

We may offer:

Custom project pricing

One-time service fees

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Fees are due in advance

Failure to pay may result in service suspension

All fees are non-refundable unless required by law

EU consumers may have statutory withdrawal rights where applicable.

8. Intellectual Property

Branding

Proprietary methodologies

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property.

8.2 Client Content

You retain ownership of content you provide to us.

8.3 AI Outputs

Unless otherwise agreed:

Clients own final deliverables and outputs created specifically for them

We retain ownership of underlying systems, prompts, logic, and frameworks

We may reuse general know-how and non-confidential methodologies.

8.4 Portfolio Rights

We may use non-confidential, anonymized project results for marketing or portfolio purposes unless agreed otherwise in writing.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties unless required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Services are provided “as is” and “as available”

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months

Nothing limits liability where prohibited by law (e.g., intentional misconduct or statutory consumer rights).

Outstanding fees remain payable

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Slovenia, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

EU consumers may also access the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform where applicable.
